1. Who we are
Sena is made by Digitly Media Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság ("Digitly", "we"), a company registered in Hungary. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we are the data controller for any personal data described here. You can reach us at hello@trysena.app.
2. What the app stores, and where
Sena works without an account. Everything below is stored only on your device, in the app's private storage, and is never transmitted to us:

The daily affirmations shown by the Sena widget are written by the app into a shared container on your device that only Sena and its widget can read.
If you use iCloud Backup or a device backup, Apple includes app data in that backup under your Apple Account, governed by Apple's privacy terms. Sena does not otherwise sync your data to iCloud or anywhere else.
3. What we do not do
- We do not collect analytics or usage statistics about you.
- We do not use advertising or tracking SDKs, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
- We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with anyone.
- We do not have servers that receive your journal, goals or photos.
If any of this changes in a future version, we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.
4. Payments and subscriptions
Sena Plus is sold as an in-app subscription through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the payment; we never see your card details. We receive transaction information from Apple (such as whether a subscription is active) to unlock the app on your device. Apple's handling of your payment data is described in Apple's Privacy Policy.
5. Notifications
Reminders are scheduled locally on your device, at the time you choose. They are not sent from a server, and no notification data leaves your phone. You can turn them off at any time in iOS Settings or in the app.
6. Photos
When you add a photo to your vision board, Sena uses Apple's photo picker, which lets you choose a photo without granting the app access to your library. The chosen photo is copied into the app's storage on your device.
7. The website
trysena.app is a static site hosted on Cloudflare. It sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics. Cloudflare may process technical data (such as IP addresses) to serve the site and protect it from abuse, as described in Cloudflare's privacy policy. Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; see Google's privacy policy.
8. Legal basis
Where personal data is processed on your device to provide the app's features, the legal basis is the performance of our contract with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Because we do not receive this data, there is nothing further for us to process.
9. Retention and deletion
Your data stays on your device for as long as you keep it. You can erase everything in the app under Profile → Reset app, or by deleting the app. Because we hold no copy, deletion on your device is complete.
10. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. In Sena you exercise these rights directly: your data is on your device, readable in the app, and deletable at any time. For anything else, write to hello@trysena.app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority — in Hungary, the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH).
11. Children
Sena is intended for adults and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
12. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, for meaningful changes, let you know in the app.
