1. Who you're agreeing with
Sena (the "App") is provided by Digitly Media Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság ("Digitly", "we", "us"), a company registered in Hungary. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
The App is distributed through Apple's App Store. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where these Terms give you fewer rights than that agreement, the agreement prevails. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
2. What Sena is — and isn't
Sena is a self-reflection app: affirmations, a journal, a vision board and a breathing practice. It is designed to support a daily habit of attention and intention.
3. Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, for your own use, in accordance with these Terms and the App Store rules. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from the App, except where the law expressly allows it.
4. Sena Plus subscription
Access to the App's features requires a Sena Plus subscription, purchased as an auto-renewable in-app subscription through Apple.
- Plans. Yearly and monthly plans are offered. Prices are shown in the App Store in your local currency before you subscribe and may vary by region.
- Free trial. Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial. The subscription starts, and the price is charged to your Apple Account, when the trial ends — unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. A trial is available once per Apple Account.
- Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Cancelling. You manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the current paid period.
- Refunds. Purchases are made through Apple and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms. We cannot issue refunds directly.
- Introductory offers. Any promotional price is shown before purchase, applies for the period stated, and renews at the standard price afterwards.
- Price changes. If we change a price, Apple will notify you in advance and, where required, ask for your consent before the new price applies.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including any right of withdrawal under EU law, which you exercise through Apple.
5. Your content
What you write in Sena — journal entries, manifestations, photos on your vision board — is yours. It is stored on your device and we do not access it (see our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for keeping a backup, for example through iCloud Backup.
6. Our content
The App, its design, text, affirmations, imagery and code are owned by Digitly or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You may share individual affirmations from the App for personal, non-commercial purposes using the App's share feature.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, attempt to circumvent purchase or subscription mechanisms, or use it in any way that is unlawful.
8. Changes to the App
We may update, change or discontinue features of the App at any time. We will try to keep the App useful and available, but we do not guarantee that any particular feature will remain available.
9. Warranties and liability
The App is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the App, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Termination
You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. The EU online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will change the date at the top, and for meaningful changes we will let you know in the App. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
