Open Sena, tap your profile picture on the Home screen, then Restore purchases under Account. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you subscribed with. There's no Sena account to log in to; your subscription belongs to your Apple ID.

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. In Sena go to Profile → Manage subscription, or open the Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → Sena. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or period ends and you won't be charged again. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Yes. If you allowed notifications, Sena sends a gentle reminder on day 2 of your 3-day trial. It's a notification from the app itself, so it only arrives if notifications for Sena are on.

Payments go through Apple, so Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple ID you used to subscribe. We can't issue refunds ourselves, but we're happy to help if something went wrong: just write to us.

Tap Restore purchases on the paywall or in Profile, and check that you have an internet connection. If it still doesn't unlock, email us your Support ID (bottom of the Profile screen) and the date of the purchase.

No. Sena has no accounts and no login. Everything you write lives on your iPhone.

Your data is stored on your device, not on our servers, so we can't restore it for you. It moves with your iPhone backup: set up the new phone from an iCloud backup (or a computer backup) of the old one and Sena's content comes with it. Deleting the app deletes its data.

Profile → Reset app erases your goals, journal, manifestations and photos from this device. It can't be undone. Your subscription is not affected.

Check three things: Settings → Notifications → Sena → Allow Notifications is on; no Focus mode (Sleep, Work, Do Not Disturb) is silencing Sena; and in Sena, Profile → Reminders has at least one reminder between your start and end time. Reminders are spread evenly across the hours you choose.

Touch and hold an empty area of your Home Screen (or Lock Screen), tap Edit → Add Widget, search for Sena and pick a size. Profile → Widgets in the app shows every style. The widget shows a new affirmation from your focus goal every few hours.

Open Sena once: the app refreshes the widget whenever it's opened. If it still looks stale, remove the widget and add it again.

Sena is made for iPhone and needs iOS 18 or later.

Yes, Profile → Practice chime. The chime also follows your ring/silent switch.

A random code at the bottom of the Profile screen. It lets us find your purchase record if something goes wrong with billing. It doesn't reveal anything you've written.
